Varick Winery and Vineyard is situated in the Finger Lakes Region on the west shore of Cayuga Lake. The Farm features wine grapes, table grapes, and sweet and sour cherries. From dry to sweet, we offer a diverse selection of wines to please any palette, including Chardonnay, Riesling, Vignoles, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Lemberger, red, white, blush and cherry wine.

Visit our tasting room to enjoy samples of our wines or samples of jellies, preserves, mustards, butters, hot sauces, and salsas. In July, guests can pick cherries.

We are open seven(7) days a week from 9:30am to 6:00pm, except New Year's Day, Easter, Thankgiving, and Christmas.

The Farm is 15 minutes south of Seneca Falls, 40 minutes north of Ithaca, 60 minutes southwest of Syracuse, 70 minutes southeast of Rochester, and 2 hours north of Binghamton.
